Episode 1

GROUNDING:

 

Aligns the chakras and stabilizes the physical body.

Is a vehicle to release energy that is not yours and does not benefit you. Brings you into the present moment where

you can create your life.

 

Steps to ground:

 

1.  Close your eyes and take a breath,  Feel your body in your chair.

2.  Be in a place of play and imagine the tip of your tail bone where

 your 1st Chakra is located.

3.  Imagine a tail or beam of light, or root or whatever makes sense 

     to you growing out of the tip of your tailbone.

4.  See it effortlessly grow through the chair, floor, foundation of the

     building, through the layers of the earth and see it connect

     Completely to the center of the earth.

5.  Make sure your grounding cord can connect effortlessly to the

     center of the so if your grounding cord is a root the center of the

     earth could be a garden, etc.  It should make sense so you don’t

     have to think too much about it.

6.  Visualize an on/of switch on your grounding cord and switch it to

     the on position. It is now on “Full Release”.  Feel the difference in

     your space.

7.  Bring your grounding cord into present time by stamping today’s

     date on it.

8.  Take a breath and make it as wide as you like, the width of your

     hips is good.

 

Do this in the morning and start your day empowered.  You will definitely feel the difference.  You can drop and re-create your grounding cord any time you want.  You are master and commander of your space.

 

BUBBLES

With your imagination put a colored bubble around your aura and have it be arm’s length around, above and below you.   This holds and protects your space and brings it in to a manageable distance around you.

 

Grounded and bubbled is the way to be!!!

 

Try it and you will see!!!    

 

 

Episode 2

Neutrality Meditation,

Creating Your Inner Sanctuary

 

 

* Be grounded and have your bubble around you. See above*

 

 Start with your eyes closed and take a breath.  Now take your attention to the center of your head.  This is the place that is behind your eyes and between your ears and notice the feeling of this place.  This is your command center.  This is where you go to step out of emotion and become the observer.  This is your 6th Chakra.

 

Now create a room there.  Maybe there was already one there when you brought your attention it.  If there is a room there do you like it?  Remember, this is your command center so create a room that you want to spend time in.  Make it absolutely perfect for you.  I say a “room“ but it can be a beach or a mountain lake or any where that supports you.  It could be a library with a cozy chair and a fireplace.  My friend Lauren uses the deck of the Star Ship Enterprise.  Whatever supports and empowers you.  Make this a place where you love to be because you can do a lot of work here.

 

After you’ve created your center of head “room” notice the awesome powerful feeling you have when you are there.  You are in a position of Seniority when you are there.  You really own your space.

 

When you do this exercise I would like you to try something. Take your attention from your center of head room down to your 2nd chakra.  Your 2nd is your emotional center and is about 2 inches below your bellybutton. Notice the difference between the two.  Pretty amazing!  This illustrates how immense the difference is between neutrality and emotion.  Now take your awareness back to the center of your head and take a deep breath and when you are ready open your eyes

 

Note:

This is your sacred space.  There should only be you and what you create in your center of head room.  If there is other people or animals in there just tell them to leave and they have to.  No effort is involved.  You are senior here, master and commander, what you say goes. You can have plants or trees just no people or animals; they have their own space to be in.

Episode 3

Vibrations

 

Now take your attention to the center of your head behind your eyes and between your ears, your sixth chakra.  This is where you go to create.  Be in an attitude of play. Remember spirituality is playful and fun. Now I want you to picture a big golden ball or golden sun right above your head.  This will be your vehicle for bringing in vibration. 

 

The first vibration I would ask you to bring in is your own.  So picture a magnet in the center of the golden sun that looks like you. Use it to bring your divine energy back to you from wherever you are ready to have it back from.  Notice what that looks like.  I see my energy coming back to me like little golden arrows returning to the neutral sun and filling it up with my vibration. 

 

Now picture the sun getting big and fat and heavy like a water balloon as it fills with your energy. When it is full picture yourself reaching up and poking a hole in it! Let your energy come back to you through your seventh chakra filling your head, neck shoulders, chest and arms, your torso, your abdomen and hips, your thighs, knees, calves, ankles and feet.  It fills every chakra, every strand of your hair and every atom of your body Notice how it feels to have your energy back.  Remember, we take on the energy of the people and situations around us but we also leave our energy in other places and that depletes our power.

 

Now that you are full of yourself (in a good way), let’s bring in another vibration.  Once again picture a golden ball or sun above your head and this time lets bring in the vibration of amusement. You can do this in a couple of ways.  You can write the word amusement on the sun and watch it absorb the word and fill with the vibration of amusement. Or you can imagine a speck of amusement in the palm of your hand, (remember we’re playing here) and toss it up into the sun and watch it fill with the vibration of amusement.  When I toss the speck of amusement into the sun and watch it fill up I actually hear giggles, like little kid giggles.  Do this exercise the easiest way for you to experience it.  Don’t over-think it. Just go with it and have fun.

 

Watch the sun fill with the vibration of amusement until it is completely vibrating at amusement.  See it big, fat and heavy like a water balloon. Reach up and poke a hole in it and let it fill you up as it pours down into your crown filling your chakras and every atom of your being. If you have a bubble around your aura let it fill that bubble as well.  Now just notice the vibration of amusement as it completely fills you up.  Isn’t it fun??

 

You can fill in with any vibration, love, peace, prosperity, validation, ease etc.  Notice the difference in the vibrations when you fill in.  It’s amazing.
